Fall to Your Knees Mac & Cheese

3 1/2 cups elbow macaroni
1 1⁄3 cups heavy cream
1 1⁄3 cups half-and-half milk
2⁄3 cup sour cream
4 ounces cream cheese
1 egg
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon each garlic powder, onion powder, dry mustard and salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
12 ounces Velveeta cheese, 1 inch cubes
15 ounces Gruyere cheese, shredded (can substitute Swiss)
1 1/2 cups shredded Jack-and-Cheddar cheese
Pinch paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×13-inch or deeper pan. Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Drain well and pour into baking pan. In a large mixing bowl, add heavy cream, half-and-half and sour cream. Break cream cheese into little pieces and add to bowl. Add egg, flour, Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, dry mustard, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Combine very well with a wire whisk to break up cream cheese. It will look lumpy. Starting at corners of baking pan, place and push down Velveeta cubes. Work your way around and toward the middle pushing the cheese deep below the surface. Sprinkle Gruyere cheese evenly over top. Gently pour wet mixture over, covering all. Gently shake pan afterwards to settle liquid. Sprinkle Jack-and-Cheddar cheese over top. Sprinkle paprika on top of cheese. Bake approximately 30 minutes or until it starts to get brown and bubbly.
