Healthy Living – Bentonite Clay


Bentonite Clay contains approximately 67 trace minerals as well as Magnesium & Montmorillonite. It absorbs many times its weight in pathogens & toxins. It can also eliminate food allergies, food poisoning, colitis, viral infections, & parasites. Bentonite Clay also re-mineralizes cells & tissues, alkalizes the body & is very effective in protecting our bodies against radiation. The clay also helps improve nutrient absorption & helps strengthens the immune system.

This is a product I just started to incorporate into my routine.  I will let you know what I think of it at a later date.  Stay tuned!!!


Healthy Living – Castor Oil for Acne


The Ricinoleic Acid in castor oil works to inhibit many viruses and bacteria, and as castor oil is able to penetrate skin tissue deeply, this makes it an effective treatment for acne. Castor oil’s ability to penetrate more deeply than any other essential plant oil make it an excellent way to keep skin looking youthful and fresh.

I do not usually suffer from acne, but on occasion I will feel like my face has a mini breakout, so I usually mix in my hand a drop or two of castor oil, a few drops of coconut oil and place on my face for at least 20 minutes or more.  Some people leave it on overnight.  For me that’s too long.  Then I rinse well with warm water.  You can see the difference right away and your skin will feel so smooth.

Healthy Living – Feet


I do this at least 2 times a month.  It also helps soothe aching feet.  I usually keep a kettle of hot water near to refresh the warmth of the water until I’m done.  I usually soak my feet at least 20-30 minutes.  Give it a try and let me know what you think in the comment section!!!

Health – How To Get Rid Of Dry/Rough Skin On Your Feet



Sometimes our feet need a little help.  They take a pounding daily.  Achy tired sore feet?  Dry feet?  Rough Skin?  Well here’s a solution to that.  I can attest to the effectiveness of this because I use it all the time.  It will relieve your sore, achy tired feet and get rid of all the dead skin on your feet.  The longer you soak your feet the better they feel and the easier the dry dead skin comes off!!
